Description:
Wine bottle seal molded with a bunch of grapes encircled by the words “Chateau Lafitte”.

This seal was recovered from the excavation of a privy at a domestic residence established in the late 18th century.  This privy appeared to have been filled around 1830 with a large amount of debris from an earlier household.
