This floral motif was used by Maddock’s Lamberton Works for china for the Marquette Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri between 1911 and 1923 (Conroy 1999:258).

The Seelbach is a historic hotel in Louisville,
Kentucky, founded by Bavarian-born brothers Louis and Otto Seelbach. It opened in 1905 as the Seelbach Hotel and is still in business today.
