Tulip decoration is common to many types of slipware, but rare on dipped wares - from a private collection. Molded saucer with a blue rim band - Collected by George L. Miller in 1986 in Cobridge.  Appears to be a waster tip associated with the Ralph and James Clews factory (1818-1834).
