Tilbury/London England” on handle. The chain was first started in 1897 and it remained in business until 1984. W. R. Tilbury & Co., Brush Manufacturers, Hackney, London, England was in operation from 1880 and at least through World War I. This company made toothbrushes, as well as shaving and nail brushes. |
