Site Notes: Phase II investigations included excavation of 284 shovel tests spaced at 50, 25 & 12.5 foot intervals, as well as 9 3x3 foot test units. A total of 8,756 artifacts were recovered in Phase II. Based upon artifact distribution & cultural features, the site was interpreted as having two historic occupation periods: The older existing from early to mid-19th century, and the later from late 19th- to early 20th century. Artifact counts by feature unknown.
