Site Notes: |
Phase II investigations included systematic surface collecting, remote sensing and excavation of 201 shovel tests and eleven 1x1 meter test units. Only 1 probable feature was excavated, a possible burn pit. Another possible historic feature was identified in a shovel test, but not excavated. 4,827 historic artifacts were collected in Phase II testing. A small number of prehistoric artifacts were also collected. |
