Site Notes: Feature 2 was a modern well. Feature 1 was a stone foundation without any associated artifacts. A total of 2,885 artifacts was recovered during the excavation process. Only two cultural features were discovered, including a modified historic dwelling foundation and a modern block well. Based on 53 shovel tests with positive artifact recoveries, as well as disturbed and poorly drained terrain, the horizontal dimension of site 18MO639 was estimated to be 250 feet north-south and 112.5 feet east-west.
