Evergreen Collection

Also known as the Johns Hopkins University (JHU) Evergreen House Collection, this collection consists of projectile points and stone tools from numerous sites throughout Maryland. It is named for the Evergreen House on Homewood Campus at JHU. The collection was transferred for temporary study to the Maryland Geological Survey’s Division of Archaeology in 1976 and 1980. The collection is made up separate collections acquired by JHU from various donors. These items are currently on long term loan to the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Lab and Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum.
