Lois Brown Fluted Point Survey (Multiple Counties)
Site History
The following summary describes private collections throughout Maryland containing fluted projectile points recorded by Lois Brown in the 1970s. These collections remain in private hands with the exception of points from the Ogle (Point Numbers 50-54) and Selckmann (Point Number 37) Collections, which are now part of the collections at the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Lab. The following list is not comprehensive and only includes specimens that were previously used within the Diagnostic Artifacts website.
